These terms are between you and Boostsurgexs, the USA Authorized Boost Surge X Retailer, whose correspondence address is 1290 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 10, New York, NY 10104, USA.

Boostsurgexs is a retailer. Nexor Surge Labs manufactures Boost Surge X and owns the brand. Questions about formulation, manufacturing and testing are ultimately for the manufacturer, and this desk passes them on rather than answering on their behalf.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are able to enter into a binding contract where you live.

• ›An order is an offer. Placing one does not complete a contract until the order is accepted and confirmed by email.

• ›We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an address we cannot ship to. You are refunded in full if that happens.

Orders ship from the United States. Handling typically runs one to two business days and US transit three to six. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a parcel is with a carrier its progress is outside this desk's control, and the tracking record is the accurate source rather than any published estimate.
