The window is 180 days and it runs from the date of purchase, which is the date on your order confirmation email, not the date the parcel arrived. On a six-month window the few days between those two dates make no practical difference, but it is the date to count from.

The window applies to every pack on this website, and it applies whether the bottles are sealed or opened. That last point is the one that matters on a product the distributor's own summary says takes three to eight weeks to judge. A policy that required unopened bottles would be a policy you could never use.

There is one condition and it is a practical one rather than a legal trap. The order has to be traceable to this desk. A bottle bought through a marketplace listing or a third-party seller cannot be matched to an order or to lot BSX-26/AV-6621, and the guarantee described on this page does not attach to it.

This is a different process from a refund and it is much faster, so it is worth knowing which one you need.

If the parcel has not shipped, a change of address, a change of pack or a cancellation is usually a single telephone call. Handling runs one to two business days, so the window is short. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 as soon as you know, and have the order ID ready.

Once a tracking number has been issued the parcel is with a carrier and the options narrow. An address change becomes a carrier matter, and a cancellation becomes a return under the guarantee above. Neither is a disaster, and both take longer than the call you could have made on the first day.

There is no subscription to cancel. The sales page is a one-time checkout with no rebill and no auto-ship. If your confirmation email says anything different, write to [email protected] as well as calling the order desk, because that would be something this website needs to correct.

Second, if the refund was issued and your card shows nothing after ten days, ask the desk for the refund reference and give it to your card issuer. A bank can trace a refund it has been given a reference for.

Third, write to [email protected] as well. That desk cannot issue a refund and cannot see orders, and it does keep a record and can escalate. A refund route that exists in only one place is not much of a route, which is why this page gives you two.
